Psychedelic Integration

Psychedelic Integration Therapy provides a safe and supportive space for making sense of past psychedelic experiences. Whether you’re processing recent insights, coping with difficult memories, or navigating emotional shifts, this form of therapy can help you integrate your experiences in a way that promotes growth and self-understanding.

What is Psychedelic Integration Therapy?

Psychedelic integration differs from psychedelic therapy in that we don’t engage in sessions with substances. Instead, we focus on processing and integrating any past experiences with psychedelics, exploring their impact, and making meaning out of insights gained.

If psychedelics have played a role in your journey but have left you feeling unsettled, confused, or challenged, integration work can provide grounding and clarity. I work with clients who seek support in integrating both positive insights and challenging psychedelic experiences, helping to transform complex or difficult memories into meaningful personal growth. Together, we explore the complex emotions, realizations, or unexpected memories that may have surfaced, helping you make sense of it all in the context of your life.

Common areas addressed in Psychedelic Integration Therapy:

● Unpacking intense or confusing experiences

● Processing memories or feelings brought up during altered states

● Working through challenging emotions, including fear, grief, or joy

● Exploring the spiritual or existential impacts of these experiences

● Finding ways to incorporate new insights into daily life

I’m here to support you in grounding, processing, and rebuilding a sense of wholeness after transformative experiences. Our work together will focus on integrating these moments, fostering a deeper self-understanding, and aligning with the values and vision you hold for yourself.

Please note: My practice is strictly focused on integration, meaning I don’t provide or guide psychedelic sessions. All integration work involves discussing past experiences independently of our therapy.
