Frequently Asked
Question

  • I work with adults who are ready to invest in their personal growth, especially those who may be struggling with complex trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, or a feeling of being ‘stuck’ in life. My clients often come to me seeking relief from persistent symptoms like depression, chronic stress, relationship difficulties, or a lingering sense of unfulfillment. Many have experienced significant life events or transitions that have left them searching for clarity, resilience, and purpose.

  • Therapy is a journey, one that I’m here to guide with warmth, respect, and a commitment to your unique process. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe space to explore difficult emotions, face unresolved traumas, and start rebuilding a sense of wholeness. This work can be challenging, but it is also immensely rewarding, often leading to profound shifts in how you see yourself and relate to others.

I see my role as a partner in your journey, supporting you as you gain insight, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and make choices that feel aligned with your values. Whether it’s through talk therapy, body-based practices, or exploration of past psychedelic experiences, our work together is aimed at fostering a deeper connection with yourself and the life you wish to create."

  • Currently, all sessions are held online via Telehealth, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space. For clients interested in Walk and Talk Therapy, we meet outdoors in Hampstead Heath.

  • I accept PayPal, Revolut, and bank transfers. Payments are due at the end of each session, and I am happy to provide invoices if needed.

  • The number of sessions varies for each person, depending on their unique needs and goals. Factors include the specific issues you’re addressing, the intensity of your symptoms, and whether you’ve engaged in therapy before. Some clients see me for short-term work on specific challenges, while others may continue therapy for longer periods as they explore deeper themes or ongoing personal growth. After our initial session, I can provide a suggested treatment plan, and we’ll reassess periodically to ensure it meets your needs.

  • Walk and Talk Therapy offers an alternative to traditional office-based sessions by incorporating gentle walking in a natural setting. We meet in Hampstead Heath, where we can explore topics in a relaxed and open environment. Walking at a comfortable pace often helps clients feel grounded and open to discussion. In case of bad weather, we can easily switch to an online session or reschedule if preferred.

  • I do not work directly with insurance companies, and fees are paid privately. However, I can provide documentation if you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.

  • My approach to psychedelic integration is focused on exploring and making sense of past experiences with psychedelics, rather than guiding or recommending substance use. If you’re seeking a safe, informed space to integrate challenging or meaningful psychedelic experiences, we can work together to process insights, emotions, and any challenges that have arisen. Please note: I cannot advise on obtaining substances or provide psychedelic-assisted therapy sessions.

  • My practice integrates a range of evidence-based approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic/body-based techniques. I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs, drawing from various methods to create a personalized and effective therapy experience.
